Contact Us

The Direct Support Team [DST] at Rare Dementia Support [RDS] are available to offer information, advice and support and would like you to get in touch.

There are several ways of contacting us:

1] Email us at contact@raredementiasupport.org and we will get back to you. This is our preferred means of initial contact, and the quickest.

2] Sign up here to become a member of RDS. Once we receive your sign up form, we will be in touch via email to offer an initial telephone consultation appointment. You can expect to hear from a member of the RDS team within a week of submitting a new member request, when we will send some initial information as well as offering  an online or telephone consultation.

3] Leave a voicemail message on 020 3318 0243 and we will get back to you. Responses to phone call enquiries take longer than responses to email enquiries. Please note that this number is not a helpline. You will hear a standard recorded message and be asked to leave your contact details. If you are telephoning with questions regarding support for yourself or someone you know, please sign up as a member following the procedure in point 2] above.

Signing up to become a member of RDS is free of charge. Everybody is able to view our website and the information it contains, but by becoming a member you can access our direct support services, receive our information and updates and join in our in-person and on-line support group meetings.

If you wish to contact us by post our mailing address is:

Rare Dementia Support,

c/o Dementia Research Centre,

Box 16, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery

Queen Square

London, WC1N 3BG

Whichever means you choose to contact us by, be assured that once we have obtained some background information from you, we will ensure you are put in touch with the most appropriate member of our Direct Support Team.
